Description:
White & well formed herringbone-shaped crystals of native silver to about 1.7 cm on black native arsenic - intergrown with reddish-black proustite - also as prismatic crystals up to 0.3 cm in small vugs in the matrix (please look at the pics). This awesome silver-paragenesis-piece comes from the famous silver mine in Poehla (Ore Mountains) in Saxony, Germany. Nice and contrasty specimen with a very exact description of the origin: Strecke 922; Querschlag 9209, Block 0985, Revier Tellerhäuser, +120m-Sohle. Highly attractive piece - because of the rich presence of proustite & the very well formed silvercrystals.
